BETA LEGAL DRAFT · COUNSEL REVIEW REQUIRED

Beta Terms of Use

Draft version 0.2 · August 28, 2026

Demo-only legal hold. This draft improves transparency but is not a substitute for advice from a Kentucky-licensed business/technology attorney. Do not accept real customer financial data or charge customers until the legal entity, insurance, policies, consent records, and dispute terms are approved.

Eligibility and authority

The demo is intended for adults in the United States. A user may connect or provide information only for accounts and documents they are legally authorized to access. Users are responsible for account security and for the accuracy of information they provide.

Beta service and no transaction authority

Fee-Fi is beta software for organizing bills and identifying possible changes or savings opportunities. It does not hold customer funds, initiate payments, cancel services, change insurance coverage, modify loans, or act as an agent unless a future written service expressly says otherwise.

No professional advice or guaranteed savings

Outputs are informational estimates—not financial, legal, tax, insurance, credit, or investment advice. Detected bills, classifications, price changes, deadlines, and savings can be incomplete or wrong. Users must verify source documents and provider terms before acting. Savings and availability are never guaranteed.

Third-party services

Financial connections and other future features may rely on third parties with separate terms and privacy practices. Availability, accuracy, and uptime can depend on those providers and financial institutions.

Acceptable use

Users may not access accounts without authority, interfere with the service, upload unlawful or malicious material, evade security, probe systems without written permission, reverse engineer where prohibited, or use the service to harm another person.

Intellectual property and feedback

The service, original design, software, and content remain the property of their lawful owners. Production terms should grant a limited revocable license to use the service and define how voluntary feedback may be used without transferring a user’s confidential information.

Warranty, liability, indemnity, and disputes

These provisions are intentionally not activated by this draft. A Kentucky-licensed attorney must tailor enforceable warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity, governing law, venue, arbitration or court procedures, class-action language, notice, opt-out rights, and exceptions. Some protections may be unavailable under applicable law.

Suspension and changes

Production terms must explain when access may be suspended or terminated, how material changes are communicated, and when renewed consent is required. Users must retain access to applicable notices and data-control options.

Company details still required

Insert the final legal entity name, business address, jurisdiction, effective date, data processors, regulatory disclosures, and official notices address before publication.
